We stayed one night on 23/12/25 and were both really impressed from the start. Reception was a pleasant experience, free mince pies and chocolates were laid out, and we were given a room 'bump' to a deluxe. The room was nicely appointed, crisp white sheets and duvet cover, kettle, separate coffee machine, and a TV on the wall facing the bed. Slippers and a robe were provided in case we wanted to use them. Cookies, water and milk were provided free in the fridge (probably part of the upgrade). We ate at the in-house Seven Seas Brasserie and thought the food was excellent quality, well portioned, and very good value. Crackers were provided on the table. We opened the curtains in the morning only to find out just how effective the blackout curtains were as we squinted quickly ! I'd love to know who makes their beds and mattresses, because it was one of the best night's sleep we've had in a long time ! The breakfast is served on the first floor buffet style, but despite that, the quality ranked right up there with the best I've had, including the Grosvenor in Chester and the Radisson Edwardian in London. The bacon was smokey and the fat was crisp, the sausages tasted nice and meaty with a nice bite to them. The fried eggs were, unusually, whites all cooked properly, but the yolks were beautifully runny. They had lovely mushrooms, mini hash browns that were lovely and crisp, but I didn't bother with the scrambled egg - it looked nice, but I had no room left on my plate ! (Can you tell I like my food yet ?) - as with the Brasserie, crackers were on the tables. The coffee machines served Douwe Egberts, and had a great variety of drinks all freshly made and served. Because we went at Christmas, the attentive waitress was pouring glasses of prosecco for anyone who wanted them. Checkout was smooth and painless, all in all, a fantastic value hotel room, highly recommended ! Free parking is included next door to the hotel. I'd like to commend the entire staff roster for the night we stayed, everyone was great !

We booked for a one night stay as going to a concert. Staff on reception were wonderful and the room was lovely. The tea and coffee were a little bit lacking as no hot choc Fridge in room was really appreciated. Check in from 4pm and checkout 11am. Car parking was 24hr complimentary

Nice hotel, in close walking distance of Liverpool Railway Station with a Wetherspon attached. Steaight out of the pub and onto the platform. A good place to sit to wait for your train. The hotel was in easy reach of the city centre. The food in the restaurant is passable and enjoyable but there was little sociable reaction with the young staff. Tgeh did their job but that was it. The room was spot on apart from what sounded like football fans singing along in a match. This turne out to be annoncements made in the station below. Plus there was a constant hum in the room which tended to be very annoying but couldn't be locate.

3 star hotel in the centre of Liverpool. Has own car park and also ideally located if arriving by train as adjacent to Lime street station. Ocean Liner themed with good decor. Rooms adequate and comfortable with minimal noise expected being in city centre and next to the train station. Restaurant has good menu and contemporary feel. Had Sunday lunch 2 courses. Could not fault the food. As the hotel is also close to the theatre the restaurant has a pre-theatre menu also. Very pleasant stay and ideally located

The hotel was clean, modern, situated in the heart of the city. We had a room on the sixth floor facing the train station. We did not hear anything until around 9:30. Was not an issue. Our heat radiator was not functioning all the way, but it was comfortable in the room and we slept very well. The water in the tap was really which made for great showering experience. Everything we needed was provided and the staff was really pleasant, informative and helpful.

Excellent choice of hotel for our 3 night break in Liverpool. We were fortunate enough to be upgraded to a deluxe cabin which included bathrobe, slippers, complimentary water, cookies and pod coffee machine in addition to the standard tea and coffee making facilitie, shampoo, conditioner, soap and body lotion. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Everything was replenish each day unlike some hotels which only provide complimentary items upon arrival. Staff extremely polite and helpful. Lady serving breakfast did remarkable well as she was on her own, colleague having called in sick. Kept tables clean and replenished food without being asked. Choice at breakfast remarkable good and plentiful. Hotel was situated adjacent to Lime Street Station and within each walking distance of bus station and shops, both about 5-7 mins away. Great value for money and would definitely recommend and return to the hotel when next back in Liverpool. Thank you to everyone who made our stay enjoyable.

Lovely hotel. Definitely more like a 4 star hotel than a 3 star. Extremely clean rooms, fridge in room with complimentary water and snacks. Complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash and moisturiser. Robe and slippers. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice. Free parking. Restaurant was high end dining.... steak and duck cooked to perfection. Can't recommend it highly enough.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. Friendly and helpful reception staff, good facilities, great theme, and in a position very close to the centre of Liverpool. The rooms aren't anything special, but they are clean and well maintained, and have the facilities you'd expect in a standard room. The hotel has a free car park next door. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
